Hi, I'm Jess Blaisdell
Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist
I specialize in pelvic health, pregnancy, postpartum and running. In addition to my online wellness programs for mama's, I own Bloom Physical Therapy and Wellness. Bloom is a specialty pelvic floor practice in Minnesota, where I get to hang out with awesome mama's all day while helping them navigate and thrive during pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood. I'm also a wife, and mom of two little cuties!Â
My passion for treating women’s health began through my own journey with pregnancy and postpartum, and by hearing the experiences of others. Many women face painful symptoms or dysfunction and are unaware that these issues are treatable, or they simply accept them as part of life. Finding time for self-care after having a baby can be challenging when your world is centered around your new little one. Often, our own well-being is put on the back-burner, which can worsen symptoms over time. If you’re struggling with pain, diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues, or want expert guidance to feel your best through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, I’m here to help.
My goal is to support you in feeling confident in your body, understand what may be contributing to or causing your symptoms, give you the tools you need to stay consistent and succeed, and to get you back to the activities you love, free from pain and worry.
